We offer two degree programs specifically designed for working adults:
- The bachelor of science in organizational leadership is ideal for adults with 60 college credits who want to complete their bachelor’s degree and advance their careers through leadership development.
- The master of science in organizational leadership is for adults with undergraduate degrees and at least four years of work experience who want to prepare themselves for higher leadership roles.
Our professional focus areas build on the master’s program’s leadership foundation courses and provide expertise in higher education, human resources, insurance and information technology.
Our degree programs offer flexible scheduling, convenient seven-week academic terms and courses that are either completely online or in a “blended” format, combining online learning with three half-day Saturday on-campus meetings per term.
